Get rid or reduce the look of scars?

Definitely NOT proud of it but I admit I used to cut myself, I've gotten past my problems and moved on though, I realize on cutting is not the solution hence why I'm asking this question because I have moved on :P I'm just curious on ways to reduce the scaring, I realize I probably can't get rid of them completely but I'd like to reduce it as much as possible. If there are online tutorials that would be great!
