I need a diet plan..?
I'm 15, 5 foot 6 inches, and I am following my own make shift diet and i have lost 20 lbs. in one month. (if it doesn't happen to you, it's ok because our bodies are different.) I eat lean meats such as white meat chicken, turkey, and fish. I also eat vegetables such as lettuce and brocoli. I eat three meals a day (breakfast, lucnh, and dinner). I never skip breakfast, never eat dinner after 7:00 pm, and I drink 2 glasses of 2% milk daily and I drink 4 bottles of water a day. I have junk food once a month. (I've done this for a month and a half and went from 155 pounds to 135 pounds) Hope this works for you.
