Lose 50-70 pounds in 50 days?
How can I do so? I'm 300 pounds and 5'11, I take a one hour walk+ everyday. What other exercises should I do? Don't say it's unhealthy to loose that much in such a short time, because this is just my start. I want to weigh ay least 170ish.
