Help! I need some guidance on my tragus piercing!?

I had my tragus pierced a month ago. It was fine the first three days, then it got swollen. I washed my piercing with sea salt and water and it reduced the swelling the next day. But I have a bump on my tragus. And today it's been pushing out the stud. I'm nervous about it, and I'm thinking about just letting the piercing close. What should I do?!
