How can i get rid of a tan?

ay so summer is just starting and i already have a little tan but i dont want to get a tan this summer. How can i avoid getting tanned/get rid of my tan that i have by the end of the summer? (September) Besides staying out of the sun?Becasue i will be going outside.) Like do i just load up on spf50 every 10 minutes or what?
